Description
Disinfectant solution based on hypochlorous acid (HOCl).
Composition: electrochemically activated water ≤ 99.98%, chlorine oxygen and hydroperoxide oxidants ≥ 0.02%.
Has a slight odor of chlorine oxidants, which disappears in 2-3 minutes after use.
Efficacy: has antiviral effect (in particular, against viruses of the families Adenoviridae, Coronaviridae, Parvoviridae, Paramyxoviridae, Herpesviridae), bactericidal effect against all gram-positive bacteria (in particular, Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp, Enterococcus spp.) and gram-negative (in particular Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Pasteurella spp., Bordetella spp., Leptospira spp.) bacteria, as well as against mycoplasma spp. and chlamydia spp. antifungal, sporocidal action, and deodorizing properties.
The solution is ready to use. It is suitable for food processing without further rinsing. Does not leave a sticky feeling and does not create a film on the surface. It can be used in diluted form when immersing food.
SterilOx is safe for humans and animals. ECO-friendly product, biodegradable. IV safety class.
It is safe in case of skin contact, accidental contact with the respiratory tract, mucous membranes and the gastrointestinal tract.

Purpose: for disinfection of vegetables, fruits, berries, eggs, meat, food packaging, fish sanitation, refrigerators, etc. With constant use of the product, the shelf life of food products increases.
Directions for use:
– Clean vegetables, fruits, berries from soil and dirt, treat with the product, dry and store in the refrigerator. Rinse with clean drinking water before use.
– Sprinkle berries or immerse in Sterilox/water solution in a 1/4 ratio for 2-3 minutes, respectively.
– Dip eggs in a solution of SterilOx/water in a proportion of 1/2 respectively and leave for 6 minutes.
– Dip fresh herbs in SterilOx/water solution in 1/4 ratio and leave for 1-2 minutes.
– Rinse and treat meat with SterilOx, let it dry.
– Fish sanitization – immerse in SterilOx/water solution in the proportion of 1/3 respectively and leave for 3-5 minutes.
– Making ice for storing fresh fish: SterilOx/water solution in a ratio of 1/5 respectively.
– Treat food packaging and refrigeration equipment with the product and dry.
Storage conditions: in the manufacturer’s unopened package in a dry place protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
Shelf life in a closed package, subject to storage conditions – 18 months from the date of manufacture. Shelf life after opening the package is 1 month.
